Hey friends! Recently I stopped by my local Kohl’s and picked up a few pieces that I can’t wait to share with you all! Like most retailers – the fitting rooms were closed, so I wasn’t sure how these pieces were going to fit, but all in all, everything fit OK! Let’s jump right in!
Who says you can’t wear plaid in summertime?! Made of jersey fabrication, this Vera Wang tee is so silky soft. It just hangs so nicely. The colors in this tee are gorgeous! Teal green with pops of white, blue and pink. It’s laid back and casual but looks equally as fantastic paired with dress pants.
And speaking of pants, check out these paperbag pants! 😍 They are lightweight and just glide over the body. I sized up for reference. Style details include a smocked mid-rise waist with ruffled trim, non-removable self-tie sash belt, and a wide leg. Wear it to the office, to place of worship, out to dinner and drinks, or casually with tank and flip flops! These pants can be as easy and low key or as fancy as you need them to be.

Oh my goodness- how cute is this lightweight sweater?! It has a relaxed fit, dolman short sleeves, deep V-neckline in front and back with bar in the back. I’m in the white khaki stripe, which gives more of an oatmeal or soft ivory color than white, in a size small as no XS was available. Go with your normal size. The white khaki stripe is on the sheerer side, so I do recommend something underneath it (I’m wearing a tank underneath). Love the intricate open stitching details on the sleeves and neckline. And of course – the stripe! It also comes in a blue white stripe and gold white stripe (more of a yellow), as well as two solid options in terrain green (think army green) and cranberry.

If you need to update your basic essentials, Kohl’s has you covered. They have these tank tops in both solids and playful stripes. It has a clean scoop neckline, perfect for your 9-5 dressing. With this black and white combo you can wear it a multitude of ways. Layer it under cardigans and jackets paired with dress pants, skirts or jeans or wear it on its own with shorts.
